If you have out-of-network benefits, your insurance will likely cover a portion of the cost of sessions with me.

I recommend contacting your insurance company by phone; usually the number is located on the back of your insurance card. Ask a representative the following questions. It takes about 5 minutes to get this information.
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health or behavioral health services?
What is my yearly out-of-network deductible?
How much of my deductible has been met this year?
What is my co-insurance?
Do I have an out-of-pocket maximum?
Your deductible is the amount you will pay before your insurance begins to cover session costs.
Co-insurance is the proportion that you pay per session after your deductible has been met.
Your out-of-pocket maximum is the amount you pay in a year before insurance covers any remaining costs.

You and I will determine your fee during the consultation, keeping in mind your out-of-network coverage and other factors.
